Withdrawal from all classes.
Withdrawing from a term may require repayment of a portion of financial-aid funds. Aid may be prorated according to the withdrawal date, and funds already credited to the student account may be reduced. This may create a balance that must be paid.
Students who register but do not attend remain financially responsible unless they formally withdraw before the semester begins.

After meeting with your counselor or advisor, submit this form to the Registrar's Office in Building 5, Room 516, or from your LCCC student email account to [email protected]. The form must be received within two weeks of the meeting.
