Q: When can I apply for admission to LCCC?
A: You may apply online anytime by completing the online Application for Admission
Q: What are the requirements for admission to LCCC?
A:LCCC has an Open Admission policy. Students must complete an LCCC Application for Admission. Students interested in receiving financial aid are required to submit their final, official high school transcript or official GED scores to the Admissions Office.
Q: How long will it take for my acceptance?
A: The Admissions Office reviews and processes admissions applications daily. Once all required documents are received, you will receive an email notification from the Office of Admission.
Q: What are the application deadlines?
A: LCCC operates on a rolling admission basis, meaning completed applications are reviewed as they are received.

Q: Can I transfer LCCC credits to other colleges or Universities?
A: Yes, LCCC has many transfer agreements with colleges and universities throughout the United States. Students planning to transfer to a four-year institution should work closely with their LCCC academic advisor to confirm which courses will transfer to their chosen institution.

Q: Are SAT scores required for acceptance?
A: No. LCCC has an open admission policy. First-time LCCC students are required to take a placement test. Placement test scores help our college counselors and academic advisors determine appropriate course placement.

A: The Admissions Office is located in the Enrollment & Admissions Center (Building #5) on LCCC's main campus. Visitors must obtain a visitor parking pass from Campus Security and display it in their vehicle.

A: No. LCCC does not offer on-campus housing. All living arrangements are made independently by students.

Q: Is there a fitness center on campus?
A: Yes. The Fitness Center is located in the Campus Center and is free for enrolled students. It includes weight training equipment, cardio room, aerobics, yoga, and dance room, and locker and shower facilities.
Q: Does LCCC offer campus tours?

Q: Can I qualify for financial aid without a high school diploma or GED?
A: Yes. The Ability-to-Benefit (ATB) option provides an alternative pathway to federal student aid eligibility for students without a high school diploma or GED.
