This micro-credential takes Python programming skills to the next level by exploring essential features that are crucial for professional development and software engineering. This micro-credential is intended to be taken by participants who have completed the Python Programming I and Python Programming II micro-credentials. This micro-credential focuses on file handling, advanced function techniques, and mastering the ecosystem of Python modules and packages, including PyPI and PIP. Through hands-on exercises and real-world projects, participants will gain practical experience in using Python for more complex tasks and be prepared for building robust, scalable applications.
Upon the successful completion of this micro-credential and the Python Programming II and Python Programming III micro-credentials, participants will be prepared for the Python Institute, Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (PCEP) examination.
