Designed for students ages 13-15, this week-long culinary experience gives participants the opportunity to create recipes, accurately measure ingredients, and prepare and plate a variety of dishes. Through hands-on cooking activities, students work under the guidance of LCCC's professional chefs while building confidence, creativity, and essential kitchen skills in a fun and supportive environment.
