Enrollment Verification
Enrollment Verifications are an official statement of a student's enrollment record. The Registrar's Office can only produce enrollment verification for students registered in the current term, or any future terms. An Enrollment Verification will contain the following information:.
- Name
- Program of study
- Undergraduate classification
- Enrollment status (i.e., a full/part-time student based on semester credits)
- Number of credits and credit total
- Anticipated graduation date
Current Students - When you click the link below, you will be taken to the Student Intranet to verify your account. After logging in, click 'Proceed to Enrollment Verification' to be taken to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
Former Students and Graduates -Students that are not currently enrolled should submit a transcript request.
All Enrollment Verifications are official and bear the College's seal or the signature of the The Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success.
